SULPHURby ANTOINE LIE
Illuminating the instincts
“Sulphur represents the demonic spirit, the darkness. A juice coming from darkness, a satanic elixir… Notes revealing the bowels of the earth… Nothing is pure, a fragrance evoking satanic potions: warm spicy accord of pimento, cinnamon and black angelica ; earthy and root notes of vetiver, patchouli and moss; animalic character of costus and castoreum; and deep resins like opoponax and myrrh.” Antoine Lie
Intense and profound, it features a contrast between the spicy notes and the intensity of the woods. The vetiver takes us to a far-off alien place. It is volcanic fire: teeming, bubbling, zealous, dangerous... It is color that can tinge the air with surreal atmospheres, with shades of brown and yellow, ochre and deep red.
