Intro to Perfumery: A Primer

Introduction to Perfumery is a primer that offers a foundational overview of the perfume industry. We will explore the history of perfumery, the perfumer’s palette, material families, methods of extraction, basic technical vocabulary, and an overview of regulatory aspects.
This course will be online and it will include a kit containing 20 raw materials to smell through. The kits will need 1-2 weeks to be shipped out and received in time for the course. Instructors will send out information via email on how to access the course upon registration.
