Tai Ping Hou Kui is considered China's top ten Chinese tea. This tea consists of two flat and straight leaves, hand-stretched and pressed. The founder of this tea is a guy name Kui Cheng(魁成). They were produced in Houkeng and Hougang area in Taiping County. And that's how the name Tai Ping Hou Kui comes about.

The flavor is mellow, refreshing, and sweet with a burst of orchid fragrance. You can use boiling water and it won't make the tea taste bitter. The fragrance is floral and refreshing.
