Iced Tea Blend
Ingredients: Spearmint, elderberry, hibiscus, elderflower, peppermint, echinacea, dandelion root, nettle, dried blueberries, and natural flavoring
Brewing Instructions: Brew 2-4 teaspoons/8 oz. of water at 203 degrees Fahrenheit allowing it to steep for 4-5 minutes for full flavor and benefits. When finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.
