These third generation coffee farmers are widely recognized for their highly differentiated processes that produce spectacular quality coffees.Β 30 years ago, Oscar and Francisca’s father passed away due to pesticide-caused illnesses. From then on, they knew that they needed to change the way they ran las Lajas, leaving behind their old practices for a new way of organic farming.
