Tea leaves from Zheng He are usually used for silver needle white tea or black tea. This one, however, has uniquely been made into a nice green tea. As a result, the leaves are much thicker than the normal Clouds & Mist. The flavor is also so much deeper and complex than most of the Chinese green teas available.

Brewing method:

Gaiwan method: 3g tea, 170 Fahrenheit for 15 seconds

Western method: 3g tea, 170 Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
