Luncheon Suggestion

Halve an avocado. Place on lettuce leaf. Drizzle with Seafood Sauce. Top with crab or shrimp.

As a Seasoning

Dip your clean fish or boneless chicken breast into 1 to 2 Tbs. dry CRAVIN’ CREOLE Mix. After coating, sauté in a small amount of oil until done.

For Shrimp

Place 1 Tbs. oil in a frying pan. Heat to med-high. Add 1 lb. Shrimp, shelled or unshelled. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. dry CRAVIN’ CREOLE. Stir-fry until shrimp turns pink. Serve hot or cold with Spicy Seafood Sauce.

Cravin' Creole Rice

Place 1 Tbs. oil in a non-stick skillet. Heat to med-high. Add 1 Tbs. CRAVIN’ CREOLE Mix and one cup uncooked white rice. Sauté until rice is browned. Add 2 cups beef or chicken broth and an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
