2. Scope & Pricing

GC-MS analysis and formula recreation service start at $2,500.

Includes evaluation and up to three rounds of refinement to align with perception, positioning, and performance.

We specialize in fragrances for personal care, candles, air care, scented stationery, innovation delivery systems, and fine fragrance. Formulas can be customized for a specific application (e.g., perfume or candle). Additional lab fees may apply for compatibility and toxicity analysis.

As a bespoke service, you may set a target budget upfront to guide development.
3. Manufacturing & Minimums
- Final fragrance oils are produced by partner labs, with licensed chemists signing off for regulatory and liability compliance.
- Minimum order: 10 kg (approximately 10,000 mL) of finished oil. The cost of compounding, filling, labor, kitting, shipping, and final product is not included in the development cost.
- A sample for evaluation can be provided before full production.
- All formulas remain proprietary and are eligible for reorder through Perfumarie.
- Renewable exclusivity applies for up to two years, provided a minimum order is placed within that timeframe.
4. Timelines
Estimated turnaround is 8–15 weeks from sample receipt, depending on project complexity and lab scheduling.
5. Returns
Unused portions of samples are not returnable.
6. Next Steps
Once we receive your completed brief, our team will review your submission to confirm scope, timeline, and fit. If aligned, we’ll issue a formal contract to begin development.
