Hand wash only. Occasionally coat handle with olive oil or mineral oil to keep wood looking its best.
COARSE OR FINE GRATE
The Coarse Grater is best for grating firm cheese, garlic, ginger, shallots, nuts, and produce.
The Fine Grater is best for grating firm cheese, chocolate, citrus, nuts, chiles, ginger and garlic.
Both come with a plastic safety cover for safe storage.
